GEM 선교캠프(1박 2일)
지구촌초대선교회 선교캠프 이야기:
주님의 은혜 가운데, 1박 2일 선교캠프를 마쳤습니다.
옥천 대청댐 자락, 산과 강이 어우러진 그곳에서
우리는 단순히 시간을 보낸 것이 아니라
하나님이 행하시는 선교의 흐름 속으로 초대받는 시간을 가졌습니다.
1박 2일이라는 짧은 시간이었지만,
찬양과 예배 가운데 우리의 마음은 하나로 묶였고,
각자의 삶을 넘어 하나님의 나라를 바라보는 시선이 열렸습니다.
문득 이런 고백이 마음 깊은 곳에서 흘러나왔습니다.
“이렇게 기쁠 수가 있을까?”
선교는 무겁고 부담스러운 사명이 아니라
하나님이 이미 이루고 계신 일에
우리가 기쁨으로 동참하는 은혜라는 것을 다시 깨닫습니다.

올해 여름, 우리는 베트남으로 나아갑니다.
그 땅에서 교회를 섬기고,
특별히 보이지 않는 자리에서 헌신하는 목회자 사모님들을 위로하고
함께 기도하는 프로젝트를 준비하고 있습니다.
이번 캠프를 통해
우리는 ‘한 마음, 한 뜻’으로
하나님의 선교에 순종하기로 결단했습니다.
선교는 우리가 하는 일이 아니라
하나님께서 이루시는 일입니다.
그래서 선교는
생각보다 쉽고,
생각보다 가볍고,
그리고 무엇보다…
참으로 기쁜 일입니다.
이 부르심에 함께 하는 것이 참 기쁩니다.
기도로,
마음으로,
그리고 때로는 발걸음으로
하나님의 선교에 함께 걸어가기를 .....
.
하나님께서 지금도
열방 가운데 일하고 계십니다.

Story of the GEM (Global Early Mission) Mission Camp
By the grace of the Lord, we have completed our 1-night, 2-day mission camp.
At the foot of Daecheong Dam in Okcheon, where mountains and rivers come together in beauty,
we didn’t simply spend time—we were invited into the flow of God’s mission already at work.
Though it was only a short time,
through praise and worship our hearts were united as one,
and our eyes were lifted beyond our individual lives to see the Kingdom of God.
At one moment, a confession rose from deep within our hearts:
“How can there be such joy?”
We were reminded once again that mission is not a heavy or burdensome duty,
but a grace-filled invitation to participate in what God is already accomplishing—with joy.
This summer, we will go to Vietnam.
There, we will serve local churches,
and especially seek to encourage and pray for pastors’ wives
who faithfully serve in unseen places.
Through this camp,
we made a commitment with one heart and one purpose
to obey God in His mission.
Mission is not something we accomplish—
it is something God Himself fulfills.
That is why mission is
easier than we think,
lighter than we expect,
and above all…
full of joy.
It is truly a joy to be part of this calling.
Through prayer,
through our hearts,
and sometimes through our steps,
we invite you to walk together with us in God’s mission…
God is still at work among the nations today.
